It's not your responsability of course.
Just that every time Ralph writes something there's the same old excuse that it's strange, that Apple hasn't had any problems with the DDC, and so on.
How can this be? Do they manufacture the pumps with different components for Apple, or in different factories or they only have quality control with the pumps shipped to Apple?
We paid a premium price for a pump that only works whenever it wants, and we have the risk of burning the cpu/board etc.
In my opinion it's about time the engineers at Laing find out what's wrong with the DDC, and quickly.
Laing raised the bar very high, now it has to correspond to the expectations, no more no less.
