Hi
Basically that cascade is quite simillar to that one which I've built for Magoa -
(topic here) - powder paint case, whole case is made on machines .
Differences are : bit stronger compressor on 2nd stage, Danfoss OUB1 oilseparator, vinyl sticker, the newest Dixell CX series controller, and some details
.
Specs :compressors:
LG NK164PAB on 1st stage (10000 BTU), Toshiba PG165 on 2nd stage (10000 BTU) evap:
steeper XV:
Danfoss TES2 / captube 0.9 mm HX:
plate HX , 12 platescondenser:
3.0 Kw, alu-cu, cooled by 300mm/230V fanrefrigerants :
R507/R1150oilseparator :
Danfoss OUB1safety :
Danfoss KP15 dual cut-off (for 1st and 2nd stage), Frigomec 1.6l expansion tankcase :
metal case, 54 x 50 x 43 cm, black paintothers:
4*REFCO panel gauges, ANACONDA shocks absorber on 1st stage suction line, Dixell XR20CX controller (turn on 2nd stage automatically when 1st stage is enought cold), homemade receiver before Danfoss TES2, 2* DELTA 120 x 38 mm fans on the back wall of case, wheels under case.I fell really embarassed about that old and scrappy looking insulation on suction acumulators ...thank God that is covered one pic down .
Much better now, am I right ?
No load during filling in 4*C ambient .
Still +4*C ambient, loaded with 225W .
1st stage loaded in 4*C .
Flex line holder
.
Enjoy
.
Finally it's making around -103*C noloaded, and -93*C on 225W - mine "standart" very heavy tunning
(for huge loads, 300+ W) .
Now I have little problem with receiving money for this unit - yes I have problem with customer
(I wish I hadn't taken only 100 eur advance before build
) . I hope everything will be right soon .
With Kindest Regards
Peter
