It's 240 mm long container, made for realmax from cooling-masters forum
.
I have new 15 mm thick PCV enclosures

It's mine next one ...this time it have tube with 2mm thick walls (before 1.5mm), so it has bit bigger mass
.
Container is 30 cm long.

New one ...250 mm long, 54 mm cooper tube with 2.0 mm walls
.
Cooper core has 40 mm diametter and it's 40 mm tall
.
Dirty, ugly ...but only just after brazing :

Hello
After long break in CPU containers production I have one new
- design is old, only now cooper core in base is bigger - it's now 41mm tall and have 40 mm diameter
.
Tube is 200 mm long . Insulation 19 mm K-FLEX soft armaflex, PCV 15mm thick enclosure for all CPUs included of course i7, metal powdercoated backplate (not included on photos) , bolts kit ...
That's all for now

Well yes that's evaporator core but it's brand new, so for sure that isn't any recycling
.
Base is lapped by hands, so it's impossible to get perfect flat surface .

How do you do to have such shining container ?

I sand it using wet sanding paper 100% using only hands, later I use small help of machine - rotary foam pad with polishing compound
