The power consumption of the rotary compressor at low temperatures.
All manufacturers specify the value to -15.
But it is a rotor used in the manufacture of enthusiasts of productive systems.
For example -50 or even -60 Сelsium.
And in the case of the blend - met and to -80, -84, -85, -90, and even - 100.
Stage 1.
But what if this power - usually do not write. It should be changed?
For example, in this model.
C-SBS200H15A
For -60 what will power consumption?
-15 +35 9100 watts Q on 3470 watts P.
Thanks.

These types of compressor are not intended to be used with this kind of system. Rotary compressors are mainly used with air conditioning and industrial application in low to mid power. Power charts aren't available for such low T° as -60°C because there's no application for that.

You'll find that in low temperature industrial system, cascade and autocascade system trust the market because it's more convenient and a little bit more efficient than using a single-stage to achieve -60°C at the cold plate.

Your compressor is quiet big and you have to ensure that there will be enough cold gas a the suction pipe to cool down the compressor. The electrical power should be quiet low running at -60°C and rotary compressor motor usually runs at higher temp° than other types of compressor because of its design ( motor is @ HP pressure and temp ) but there is not an easy way to determine that from known values like at -15°C because volumetric efficiency is very poor at theses values.

There is no other method that the definition an empirical way? Only practice?

You can approximate if you know your cycle conditions ( T° of evaporation, condensation subcooling and superheat ) and the displacement of the compressor, but that's not very accurate.

Example.
C-SBS200H15A
Refrigerant - R-410
Subcooling - 8.3 K
Superheat - 9 K
Condensing - -50C
Evaporating - +30C
Volume - 93.1 cm
